    I have conducted a project work entitled Production of wine from Ipomoea batatas during my Master's,it was new product development process to convert the agricultural product into alcoholic beverage and I have also carried all the tests related to wine by following fssai guidelines.

    Production of Poultry feed from Echhornia was a concept to reduce aquatic weed by converting it into usefull product, we developed a poultry feed by using a Echhornia plant and fed to chick's in controlled conditions to observe the the changes g development in chick's, This experiment was done during my Bachelor's degree as a project work.
