Upgrading to FlowCV Pro unlocks unlimited versions while helping us keep the Free plan generous and FlowCV sustainable.

In addition to everything in the Free plan, FlowCV Pro unlocks unlimited resumes and cover letters, unlimited document imports, built-in AI writing and translation tools, and full access to the Job Tracker.

Content import lets you upload an existing resume (PDF, DOCX, or image) or paste text to automatically populate your resume sections. FlowCV’s Free plan includes 3 content imports, while Pro includes unlimited imports.

You can choose between monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing and are charged the total price shown for your selected period. FlowCV Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand in your account settings.

Yes. You can cancel anytime and keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. When your account returns to the Free plan, your oldest saved resume and cover letter remain fully editable and downloadable (you can delete older drafts beforehand to keep your preferred version active). Any additional documents remain safely stored in your account until you upgrade again.

Yes. If you aren’t satisfied with FlowCV Pro within the first 14 days of your purchase, simply contact our support team for a full refund.

Yes. University students who verify their academic email address receive a 25% discount on FlowCV Pro for up to three years. Students at partner universities may also qualify for additional sponsored benefits.
