Registration and profile management – the user must be able to sign up/sign in to the application based on their credentials such as email id, phone number, etc. A feature to include multiple profiles and switching should be provided.Security measures :the user may exchange personal and confidential information in their calls. So the application must include end-to-end encryption so that third parties do not have access to the data.Text chats :even if the application supports video calls, the text chat feature should be enabled.
