  • •The main focus of this project is to Re-engineer myAIG platform from legacy IBM portal to cloud ready technology. One-stop place for AIG's insureds and patterners to access relevant information, tools, and services. Competitive positioning in market with new features and analytics to generate growth, build additional self-service capabilities to improve the user productivity (primarily brokers) and maximize reusability within AIG and reduce time to market. Build a replicable core with multi-tenant model for multi country rollouts, Rationalize broker portals across the geographies to reduce TCO.
  • •Participated Sprint Planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review, Retrospective and defect triage meeting as per Agile scrum ceremonies. and Involve in story pointing and task estimation as well as backlog grooming.
