  • Regular inspection and maintenance of the attraction to ensure all the pools and equipment are in good working order and that the attraction remains safe for guests.
  • Provide a safety briefing to ensure guests understand the rules and regulations of the attraction and how to conduct themselves during the session.
  • Provide all participants with PPE, such as life jackets, helmets, and shoes, to ensure their safety during the Canyoning session.
  • Guiding guests through the canyoning attraction to ensure safety protocols are followed and assistance is provided if needed and during emergencies.
  • Implementation of height and age requirements to ensure guests are physically capable of participating in the Canyoning activity safely.
  • Implementation of restrictions on phones and loose items to prevent injuries and ensure the safety of guests.
  • Discourage people with health issues from participating in canyoning activities to ensure their safety.
