As a freelance I continue to deepen my skills as a consultant and project manager for innovation projects. Together with my clients, I lay the foundation for the testing of digital innovation projects by systematically deriving a suitable MVP or proof of concept from preliminary considerations, launching the implementation and accompanying the further execution.

The thematic focus is on the development of multi-sided platforms (technologically and in terms of business model), digital products with a focus on sustainability as well as data and AI-related products along with their monetization model.

As Tech Tribe Lead, I worked closely with all of our developers and other tech roles. The role has the primary goal of enabling each Tribe member to achieve optimal professional and personal growth at Etribes, but also includes typical leadership responsibilities. It was a privilege for me to represent the interests of our Tech Tribe in all directions and thereby help shape Etribes' Tech DNA.

As a Senior Manager at Etribes I was at the forefront of complex sales and project situations together with our Partners and C-Level as well as important stakeholders of our clients.

Co-Founder

As co-founder and co-owner of one lunch, an innovative lunch service for Hamburg, I mainly had an advisory role. For me, the focus was on the optimization of digital distribution channels and presences, business evaluation and the expansion of the delivery area.

What motivated me was applying and deepening my experience in digital commerce and knowledge of optimizing digital business models on a practical and meaningful case.

Project Manager Business Development

In my nearly two years with Netshops, I extended my project management skills greatly and helped our clients rebuild or introduce a professional shop-solution based on Shopware. I also supported the successful company to establish reliable structures for more efficient project execution with new tools and workflows.

Scientific Assistant

Working as Scientific Assistant during my Master Degree at FH Wedel gave me the opportunity to teach and assist students of the bachelor's program to improve their scientific work skills.

After finishing my dual studies bachelor's degree I continued working with allnatura, the leading online retailer for ecological mattresses and furniture for healthy living. I led initiatives to introduce new shop software and a PIM and worked closely together with the software programmers to modernize the custom build CRM and order management system

With this bootcamp, I'm laying a solid foundation in Data Science. The 12 week intensive course prepares me for Data Science projects through numerous lectures, assignments and 3 major projects. We work primarily with Python, Pandas, SQL, Unix, and Git and do various projects around EDA and Machine Learning. In addition, we get insights into working with Tensorflow, Keras and Time Series

Comprehensive 9 week full time bootcamp to become a Full Stack Developer for Javascript, ES6, React, MongoDB, Express, Node.js, HTML & CSS.

The focus of the program is on the design and management of digital, transaction-oriented business models. In addition to digital commerce, many other industries such as finance & insurance, consumer goods for daily needs, or industrial goods are also taken into account, all of which have to face the digitalization of customer relationships.

Important topics are business models in e-commerce, the management of modern platform architectures, change management or the data-based design of customer relationships. In addition there is a strong focus on working scientifically and training analytical thinking skills.
