Prior Authorisation

Gardenia is a health insurance project where prior authorisation plays role for the clients who need priority by submitting insurance documents to the Payor system. Prior Authorisation built with user interface where clients can purchase and get the priority based on the insurance rules policy.

Responsibility

  • •Developed the conversion of GCP fhir resource to X12 message and X12 to fhir resource using smooks library to handle the request and response from the Payor system.
  • •Acted as a tech lead. Involved in discussing the requirements with the clients, allocating story points and assigning sprint tickets, PR reviews, Documentation and sequence diagrams, database performance analysis.

    Person Authority built with user interface to search information about legal professional authorities such as Court, Judges, Advocates, Schools etc.

  • •Developed application to migrate the data from legacy database to AWS cloud database with improvised data structures.
  • •Other tasks such as optimising the complex db queries, scaling the instances to improve the performance, improving the test cases, closely working with QA team and bug fixes.

    Homeaway

    Homeaway provides insurance for the owner who rent their property for short period of time. The property owner can claim insurance for their property damage and accidental damage of their property during the rental period. They also provide travel insurance for their customer during their vacation travel.

  • •Migrated the project from legacy system to AWS cloud system. Changed the monolithic to micro services with some improvised features to create backup payment system and purchase success and failed summary reports.
