Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.

  • Develop and implement contemporary recruitment methods to attract top-quality candidates appropriate to the position that the company needs.
  • Coordinate with HR manager to identify staffing needs.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Work in conjunction with the line managers to ensure an adequate understanding of their needs and the requirements and expectations of the required caliber.
  • Create and design job postings for available vacancies on Linkedin and social media.
  • Participate in updating our policies, procedures or regulations.
  • Screening resumes and categorizing candidates according to job analysis and preparing interview assessment reports for potential candidates.
  • Select qualified job applicants and refer them to hiring managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Contact accepted applicants to start in the hiring documents process and send a regret email for the rejected applicants.
  • Preparing the job offers and making sure that they have been signed.
  • Conduct orientation programs for newly hired employees.
  • Inform job applicants of duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  • Follow up with the line manager regarding the performance of newly hired employees during the probation period and take necessary actions when needed.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment exiting paperwork is completed.
  • Updating all required reports daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify employee training and development needs by conducting surveys, determine the TNA and communicate with managers and employees.
  • Check the performance appraisal for each employee to identify areas of development.
  • Coordinate the company’s training programs in accordance with the company’s objectives and budget.
  • Contact the training agencies and create database for selecting the best agency to match our needs.
  • Present the outcome with the top management to decide which agency we will deal with.
  • Finalize the deal with the chosen agency.
  • Evaluate the training agency programs by collecting the attendees feedback.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs on the employees by conducting assessments or questionnaires.
  • I am working for the Office of Student Services and Development (OSSD) in the American University in Cairo and my responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage the process cycle of selection, recruitment and promotion of students to international student competitions and conferences.
  • Simulate employment interviews and assessments for students and construct a development plan.
  • Responsible for the registration processes and student enrollment.
  • Plan and manage annual competitions and conferences.
