Engage Flow⁠

Engage Flow is a marketing automation platform that helps increase sales for organizations such as companies, colleges, NGOs, etc. We use the user’s contact number, which is provided by the organization or generated through leads. Then, we use the contact number to call the user via our agent. We provide the script to the agent. The agent explains the services offered by the organization. If the user is interested, we connect them through WhatsApp. Engage Flow transforms the user into a client. (This project is under construction).

Tech Stack use in this project: HTML, CSS, JS for Frontend, Spring Boot for backend, Google Custom Search search for lead generation, Twilio voice for Calling agent, WhatsApp business API.

Developed a secure payment system, which implemented Virtual Account transfers for BNI and Mandiri. Build automated email notification.
