The system employs privacy-aware data handling techniques to safeguard sensitive customer information during the analysis phase. To ensure the model's decisions are interpretable for stakeholders, Explainable AI (XAI) methods like SHAP and LIME are integrated to provide insights into feature contributions. The predictive engine is powered by a Stacking Ensemble of machine learning models, achieving an optimal balance between accuracy, interpretability, and practical applicability for modern credit risk assessment.
