Built an ML-based loan approval prediction system to replace slow and biased manual bank evaluations. Stacked Random Forest, XGBoost, and LightGBM with Logistic Regression as meta-learner, engineered custom financial risk features (Loan-to-Income Ratio, Credit-Income Interaction), and handled class imbalance via SMOTE. Integrated SHAP-based Explainable AI to ensure every prediction is transparent and justifiable for both banks and regulators. Highly relevant for modern banking risk management and regulatory compliance.
Customer Satisfaction and Trust Assessment: A Study on NCC Bank PLC, Savar Branch (Survey-Based Report)
Conducted a structured survey-based research at Savar Branch of NCC Bank PLC to assess customer satisfaction and trust. Primary data was collected from 100 customers using a questionnaire covering 15 key service dimensions including reliability, security, employee behavior, waiting time, ATM services, and complaint handling. The study aimed to evaluate satisfaction levels across multiple service parameters and identify key areas for service improvement.
