  • Designed and conducted pilot studies on rodent models (Db/Db and dietary models) to analyse behavioural changes, brain (neuronal and astroglial) activity, and energy metabolism patterns.
  • Mastered advanced ¹H-[¹³C]-NMR spectroscopy technique to elucidate metabolic perturbations in critical biochemical pathways, including the TCA cycle and establish correlations with brain activity patterns.
  • Optimised protocol for global and phosphoproteomics using iTRAQ / TMT label(LC-MS/MS analysis).

  • Investigated the interaction between Flotilin and Orb2 proteins in memory formation through courtship assays in knockout Drosophila models.
  • Conducted protein purification using metal-binding affinity chromatography to purify Tau protein and then attempted to phase separate it using fluorescence microscopy.
