  • Managing the crew for the 9 purse seiners and 2 supply vessels of which some are French (5 vessels), Mauritian (2 vessels) and Seychelles (2 vessels) registered fishing vessels and one Mauritian Supply vessel and one Seychelles supply vessel.
  • Ensuring that each vessel is properly manned with experienced and qualified sea farers.
  • Acting as the link between the authorities (Ministry of fishing, regulatory services, Maritime Affairs etc..) and the company itself for certificate and licenses.
  • Ensuring that every vessel is correctly up to date with all certificates issued by various authorities and Maritime Affairs of each country (France, Mauritius and Seychelles).
  • Ensuring that every vessel is up to date with all the fishing licenses issued by the regulatory service from each country (France, Mauritius and Seychelles).
  • Making reservations and dealing rates from travel agencies to organize promptly the crew changes in various regions on the globe mainly Seychelles, Madagascar, Reunion Island, Mauritius Island and Dubai). The seafarers come from various countries such as France, Indonesia, Madagascar, Seychelles, Ukraine, Mauritius and countries on the west coast of Africa such as Ivory Coast, Senegal, Ghana, Togo to name a few.
