Developed a comprehensive digital platform for JapanArc at japanarc.edu.lk⁠, with the student and staff portal at my.japanarc.edu.lk⁠. The system combines student administration with a full LMS, covering enrolment, visa and application workflows, finance management including intakes, invoices, payment plans, bank-slip reconciliation and refunds, appointments, helpdesk, and real-time chat. LMS capabilities include course management, quizzes, listening and speaking tests, certificates, grading, and a course marketplace.

Client Base: Students, teachers, and administrative staff at JapanArc, supporting international education pathways.

Project E-GanuDenu.LK⁠

Currently developing a classified marketplace connecting buyers and sellers across Sri Lanka, live at https://eganudenu.lk⁠. The platform includes category browsing, ad creation and management, featured listings, secure authentication with email and SMS OTP verification, and admin tools for moderation and payments. Work has focused on listing performance (pagination, database indexing, connection pooling), Cloudinary media handling, and a monetisation flow for premium and featured ads.

Client Base: Individuals and small businesses across Sri Lanka.

Revenue Model: Featured ad placements, premium listings, and paid listing upgrades.

E-Site POS & E-Commerce Platform

Developed a multi-tenant SaaS platform combining an online storefront, tenant admin, platform admin, and offline-capable POS, deployed at https://app.corebaze.shop/⁠. Merchants can provision stores, manage catalogues and orders, and operate in-store checkout, with plan-based entitlements, Stripe billing, custom domains, and usage limits. The architecture uses a FastAPI backend with PostgreSQL and Redis, a unified React frontend, and an Electron POS client with SQLite for offline use.

Client Base: Independent retailers and multi-store merchants adopting a combined e-commerce and POS stack.

Seatly

Designed and developed a multi-tenant seat booking platform for venues, events, and ticketed sessions, live at https://seatly.slc.bz⁠, with the customer ticketing storefront at https://tkt.slc.bz⁠. The system supports super-admin, business, and customer roles, with customisable seat layouts, reusable templates, and atomic seat holds to prevent double booking. Customers can browse events, select seats, and complete checkout as guests, with Stripe payments, printable tickets, and a business dashboard for venues, listings, sessions, and bookings.

Client Base: Event organisers, venues, and ticketed businesses requiring branded booking storefronts.

C360 CRM⁠

Built a multi-tenant SaaS CRM for small and medium businesses, available at https://crm.code360labs.com⁠. The platform manages leads, customers, tasks, quotes, invoices, and payments in a single workspace, with role-based access control, record-level scoping, plan-based feature entitlements, audit logging, notifications, and reminder jobs. Includes a platform admin console for businesses, users, subscription plans, and promo codes, with a 14-day trial and plan fallback model.

Client Base: SMEs and service businesses; operated as a Code360 platform product.

VG Mart⁠

Designed and developed a production storefront and admin platform for VG Mart, the retail arm of VG Enterprise in Vientiane, Laos. The public website presents imported consumer goods by category, with product detail pages, contact enquiry, and content managed from a protected admin panel. Administrators can manage products, categories, hero imagery, and site settings, with Cloudinary media uploads and SSR deployment.

CNC Web Portal⁠

Collaboratively developed a web platform for CNC World Tour, available at https://cnc-web-portal.vercel.app⁠. The application connects travellers with partner restaurants and fishing experiences, including public restaurant and tour listings, reservation booking, customer feedback, and role-based portals for partners and administrators. Partners can manage menus, events, calendars, reservations, and promotional notifications; administrators oversee partner onboarding, reservations, messaging, and feedback.

Client Base: Seafood restaurants, local fishing tour operators, and international tourists.
