Max assisted in creating an analytics software product for clinical trial operation that visualizes complex operational clinical trial data. The projects involves building backend Python microservices and deploying the services on AWS, implementing IaC using AWS CDK and writing ETL jobs. A Large Language Model was trained on AWS to answer data-specific questions.

In the first half of the project, Max engineered the company-wide identity and data management platform based on Golang, Microservices and Kubernetes. In the second half of the project, he improved the data architecture and ETL pipelines using Databricks with PySpark on AWS and automation.

Max facilitated the creation of a blueprint infrastructure-as-code architecture for migration from on-premise into the AWS cloud using Terraform. He utilized the Serverless Framework and AWS CDK to improve the development and deployment of the various microservices.

Max founded the company together with four co-founders in 2019. Starting from scratch, he developed a low-cost hardware system and a scalable backend on AWS to process and analyze the device data in realtime.

Max is a real value to your team. During our time as a co-founders I learned a lot from him. He is a very creative person and has great problem solving skills.
