  • Founded and led one of the world's first multidisciplinary, systems-led sustainable strategy consultancies, serving a multi-sector client portfolio across the Arab world, Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America—including Nobel Peace Prize laureates, global foundations, and multiple UN agencies.
  • Led research initiatives on alternative business models and ownership structures, including the development of postgrowth.earth, the first knowledge platform for post-growth social innovation.
  • Backstopping the development of a central bank-driven green taxonomy framework for a G20 country.
  • Led the development of bankable climate adaptation investment plans for small island development states.
  • Transformed ad hoc CSR and environmental programs into industry-specific ESG strategies for multi-national companies with revenues ranging from $3M to $2.7B.
  • Served as a climate policy advisor at 8 UNFCCC COPs and represented 3BL as an observer organization in the Green Climate Fund.
  • Developed custom systems thinking tools for our clients, such as a gender, systems, and power framework for UNDP that included gender-sensitive models for alternative ownership structures for data, participation, and finance.
  • Consulting for EMEA Foundation clients with $8m+ in annual giving on new economy approaches to philanthropy and giving.
  • Led the research on alternative business and human rights framework for migrant workers in Gulf states for an international NGO chaired by the Former President of Ireland.
  • Advised multinational executive teams on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Justice (DEIJ) and just transitions.
  • Developed and delivered customized ESG training for boards, C-suite, mid-senior, and junior levels.

  • Recipes for Wellbeing (RfW) supports impact organizations and communities to develop wellbeing skills and wellbeing economy strategies.

  • Curated an open-source library of 300+ wellbeing strategies for individuals and organizations.
  • Led the development of a 'Wholebeing Skills Framework' mapping 150+ skills across 12 learning domains for changemakers.
  • Hosted wellbeing impact labs in 15 countries, attended by 300+ organizations.
  • Collaborated with Google to create educational content on digital wellbeing in 50+ languages.
  • Partnered with social enterprise ecosystems to bring the RfW framework to a community of over 200 social enterprises across 95 countries.
  • Customized wellbeing training for changemakers, supported by organizations such as SAP and Apple.
  • Invented a planet-centered partnership framework and design methodology to facilitate nature-based partnerships and planet-positive collaborations between humans and other species.

  • Established a multi-sector client portfolio in the Arab world, Africa, and Asia, including the World Food Programme Tanzania, MIT’s Arab Enterprise Forum, and MENA governments.
  • Developed and delivered customized multi-species collaboration workshops for entities such as IKEA and UNESCO.
  • Secured funding from Ashoka and the Robert Bosch Foundation, as well as a Global Impact Innovation award and grant from Dubai Expo 2020.
  • Leading research on developing a 'Supreme Court for Nature' to support multi-species decentralized justice models with Kleros.
  • Raised ~$500K to develop the MENA region’s first online platform connecting under-represented Arab and North African women to executive and advisory board opportunities.
  • Established an Emerging Board Leadership Fellowship and training program for exceptional, ESG-focused, Arab and North African responsible leaders under the age of 45.
  • Delivered executive modules such as ‘Boards within Planetary Boundaries’ and ‘Nature on Boards’.
  • Secured strategic partnerships with firms managing over $3T AUM, such as HSBC, Investcorp, and KPMG.
  • Part of a 3-year research development team with the American University of Beirut, resulting in the MENA 'Lived Experience Index' tracking female experiences of recruitment, retention, and promotion.

    Ummah for Earth is an alliance-led initiative with the goal of empowering Muslim communities that are facing the climate crisis. The alliance is led by Greenpeace MENA, Global One, and Islamic Relief.

    Supporting the UN Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) and G20 Global Land Initiative on common policy messaging across 3 Rio conventions and the strategic engagement of faith communities and organizations in land restoration.

    Faith in Action focuses on accelerating the prosocial impact of religion, spirituality, and values toward public-private cooperation. Served on the inaugural report advisory board.
