    Global Grant Management Platform (Multi Region Deployment for a Leading Humanitarian Organization)

    Delivered a multi-region grant management platform for the world’s largest NGO, digitizing the full grant lifecycle for war-affected communities in Ukraine and SMEs in West Africa. Custom-built country-specific workflows through close coordination with field teams, enabling transparent, efficient, and compliant grant processing. Recognized with the DOT Award for measurable humanitarian impact.

    Fractional Ownership of Real Estate using Asset Tokenization

    Built a blockchain-based platform enabling fractional property ownership to improve transparency, security, and accessibility in Pakistan’s real estate market. Designed to lower entry barriers for middle-income investors amid rising inflation. Awarded First Prize at the university’s Final Year Project exhibition and presented to NCCPL⁠ leadership for its potential to modernize national investment infrastructure.
