Profile

Marketing Technology (MarTech) Lead and Systems Engineering graduate student with a strong foundation in full-stack web development, IT operations, and cross-functional technology leadership. I lead teams in designing and optimizing interoperable marketing ecosystems that connect websites, CRM, automation, data platforms, analytics, and support systems into scalable engines for growth. Using a systems-thinking approach, I translate business goals into technical architectures, improve data flows for personalized user journeys, and establish governance, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards that elevate both marketing effectiveness and user experience.

With a career spanning web development, IT project management, and help desk operations, I bring a rare blend of technical depth, process design, and stakeholder collaboration. I have led digital transformations, collaborated in ADA-compliant web strategies, architected Zendesk support environments and knowledge bases, decommissioned legacy systems, and delivered SaaS and intranet solutions adopted across departments. My background in UX, front-end development, systems modeling, and compliance enables me to align people, processes, and platforms into cohesive solutions that drive efficiency, clarity, and measurable impact.
