  • Assisted with deconstructing and explaining ByoPlanet's technology accounts and architecture to upper management when first hired by negotiating contracts with vendors, deciphering how systems were connected, collecting users and passwords, disconnecting unnecessary or legacy services, and demonstrating the architecture of their systems using UML and workflow Diagrams.
