Challange:

Create a compelling landing experience for a Web3 DEX launching on a new L2 chain (MarsChain), with complex features like an avatar-based partner program, revenue-sharing, and layered tokenomics, all without overwhelming new users.

Outcome:

Designed a modular, conversion-optimised landing page in Figma and built it fully in Framer. Created 3D animated assets in Spline and generated flat isometric visuals using Midjourney to support ZebSwap’s futuristic Web3 identity. The site includes interactive components, roadmap visuals, and a high-converting partner CTA, positioning the project for early community growth and partner acquisition.

Challenge:

Redesigning SwiftVia, a logistics SaaS platform, to support complex account types, flexible billing models, and cross-role workflows—while making it intuitive for everyday users.

Outcome:

Led a full UX overhaul, introducing modular systems for orders, billing, compliance, and referrals. This improved onboarding by 35%, boosted engagement by 40%, and increased referral-driven signups by 28%. Development is still in progress

Challenge:

Revamping a cloud computing platform to stand out in a crowded market and simplify app deployment for users.

Outcome:

Led a complete redesign, focusing on improving user experience and functionality. Conducted thorough user testing and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. Created a new design system that improved development efficiency. The redesign significantly enhanced the platform's usability, making app and database deployment more accessible to users of all skill levels.

Redesigning an AI-powered PDF chat platform to handle complex document interactions while keeping it user-friendly.

Outcome:

Crafted a sleek design system using Tailwind CSS and Radix UI, which streamlined development. Introduced a game-changing multi-document chat feature. These improvements helped skyrocket the user base to 5 million+ and brought in $1 million+ in revenue. Worked closely with marketing and CRO teams to optimize the product, balancing user needs with business goals.

Designed an intuitive interface that simplified the writing process for researchers.

The result? The user base has grown to 100k+ since launch, with users praising the tool's ease of use and powerful features.

Creating a comprehensive real estate platform handling complex transactions, multiple sellers, and flexible investments across mobile and web.

Outcome:

Delivered a user-friendly app and website streamlining property deals, material orders, and investments. Integrated a multi-seller marketplace and secure wallet system, boosting user engagement and sales while maintaining a seamless experience across devices.
