Shipped 20+ features in close collaboration with devs, PMs and stakeholders. End-to-end design including problem framing, user journeys, wireframes, rapid prototyping using Figma and AI-assisted tools, and developer handoff.

Some of features: Workspace-level work item types and properties, Empty states for entire product, columns and AI in Pages, the Epics tray in Kanban, Plane’s design system, marketing website, workflows, and capacity planning with time management.

  • •Automation Builder: A visual rule-based system (Trigger → Condition → Action) to help teams automate core workflows.
  • •Desk (Customer Intake): Designed a centralized desk to route customer requests to the right teams, reducing context switching and tool sprawl. Improved visibility, ownership, and triage speed across enterprise teams.
  • •Workspace level properties and work item types : Designed flows for both new and existing workspaces, focusing on migration, conflict resolution, and how properties and types move from projects to the workspace ensuring governance, consistency, and compliance across all projects without adding unnecessary complexity.

    Worked on 10+ client projects across pharmatech, fintech, food delivery, fitness, and government platforms. Owned design from research to final UI, collaborating with cross-functional client teams.

  • •Healthcare giant : Worked within a team of two with project managers and doctors on their heart care ecosystem, covering internal tools for nutritionists and sales teams, and also worked on a patient-facing heart failure support app, improving daily workflows, onboarding, payments, and long-term patient engagement.
  • •Also worked on diverse projects including Yes Bank’s auto‑loan top‑up flow, water billing systems for the Manipur government, the HarVayu citizen grievance app for the Haryana government, interaction design audits for Meta (WhatsApp Pay), and the design of three products and a website for Fooza (food delivery aggregator), along with contributions to marketing and social media assets.

    • Conducted user research, defined problem statements, created wireframes and prototypes, ran usability testing, and supported development across most products.

    Freelance experience

    Designed an end-to-end fitness mobile experience covering a client app, trainer app, and an admin panel to manage users, sessions, and operations. Also designed the product website to ensure a consistent brand and user experience across platforms.
