• Multiple (>50) variants of CAR gene plasmids were created using conventional, infusion cloning and site directed mutagenesis based on in silico data.

• Isolation of PBMCs from whole blood, Separation, activation and expansion of T and NK cells

• LVV mediated Transduction and nucleofection of primary T cells and cancerous T cell lines

• Cell based assays using Multi color Flow cytometry, ELISA and live cell imaging for determining anti tumour efficacy of CAR T cell, T cell activation and proliferation
