    I'm a bilingual IT enthusiast with a passion for tech.     Networking
    • Configured home network by settup up modem and router via GUI, creating VLANs for separate IoT devices (Alexa, Smart bulbs) from other devices.
    • Performed Ethernet cabling and installed a plug-and-play switch to support multiple devices

    Dell Laptop Repair and Troubleshooting
    • Diagnose hardware and software issues using Dell resources and hands-on troubleshooting.
