  • •Created an evaluation system for nurses and doctors to evaluate their workplace, divisions, and hospitals; generating approximately 25% more sales leads and helping hospitals maintain staff
  • •Refactored several parts of the SaaS application; the team implements features more quickly; reduced confusion in the frontend code base with all engineers.

  • •The pilot test was marginally successful. The application had a few bugs to work out, but worked. However, customer usage was very limited.
  • •Company's focus was to "get as many seats filled as possible with each ride". Unfortunately, real life didn't result in the company projections thought would happen.
