  • Created an evaluation system for nurses and doctors to evaluate their workplace, divisions, and hospitals; generating approximately 25% more sales leads and helping hospitals maintain staff
  • Refactored several parts of the SaaS application; the team implements features more quickly; reduced confusion in the frontend code base with all engineers.
  • Redesigned the UI in several areas by making it more user friendly, which increased customer satisfaction and reduced customer requests and complaints from an average of 12 requests to less than half
  • Added better filters to search functions, leading to an 10% increase of demo requests; finalized a sale with two hospitals in Tokyo

  • Managed and supervised 15 technicians in the Aviation Electrical Division.
  • Group Leader assigned to train, mentor, and guide junior technicians in propulsion and power generation environment.

  • Project Epital is a human resource management SaaS product for public and private hospitals
  • Visualizes the skills of nurses and doctors
  • Visualizes staff members evaluation results
  • Collects data about the staff members' ratings for their hospital and departments
  • Streamlines the creation and editing process of work shifts
  • Automatically create shifts based on set parameters, such as shift types, times, days off, etc.
  • Creates shifts in a fair manner
  • Used in public, private, and university hospitals in Japan, including the most prestigious university in Japan, Tokyo University.

  • Made for Ishioka city, Japan.
  • A bus-hailing system, much like Uber, except with the public bus system.
  • Allow users to schedule a bus for routine pickups.
  • The pilot test was marginally successful. The application had a few bugs to work out, but worked. However, customer usage was very limited.
  • Company's focus was to "get as many seats filled as possible with each ride". Unfortunately, real life didn't result in the company projections thought would happen.
