I have over 10 years of experience working with agile UX teams. I'm deeply passionate about creating simple and beautiful products that tackle a real problem. I’ve worked for large corporations, startups, and design agencies. Prior to being a designer, I was a front-end engineer focused on building Magento e-commerce websites. You can find me weekly performing & teaching improv at Front Porch Improv theater in Savannah, Ga.

GameStop, Lead Product Designer

Leading a team of brilliant designers focused on the full suite of digital products at GameStop. My leadership spans across Internal store tools like the POS, Inventory management, 0-1 tools like the PSA grading flow and customer service tools. My work also spans across eCom, mobile apps, and new 0-1 initiatives like PowerPacks.

Indeed, Senior Product Designer
  • •Led the design for a new team focused on mid-market employers with a need to hire multiple employees on a recurring basis. Worked closely with UX research, UX content and product to develop a vision for this new product. Presented vision and roadmap to UX leadership and SLT. Garnered interests from various leaders and gave a presentation to the entire UX org (500+ people). Focused on monetizing mid-market employers.
  • •Worked on the campaigns product (large groups of jobs under one budget) specifically focused on activating new employers to choose this tool for managing their sponsored jobs. Outcomes include 16k campaigns created with over 34k jobs sponsored, contributing to a $36m increase in revenue.
  • •Built a modular design system to help designers follow a consistent pattern based on research and data that teams could utilize to contribute to the PPC space. Worked with UX content, legal, and development teams to launch this library. This led to a decrease in the amount of inconsistent experiments and design to development time.

  • •Worked on a design system that bridged the gap between design and development across the Newell Brands portfolio of 40+ brands.

Collaborated with user research to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, validating current and future designs, as well as collecting and analyzing data to make informed recommendations for UX/UI improvements.
  • •Organized and conducted over 20 user testing sessions annually, utilizing findings to inform and prioritize design changes that increased customer conversion rates by 12%.
