  • Delivering the seasonal mood boards from the customer to the our p&d, fabric and purchasing departments directly and taking immediate action to be able to catch the lead time of presentation week or meeting.

  • Preparing seasonal collections, accessories, wash panels,swatches, embroideries,prints and patches for the customer and presenting them at the meetings.
  • According to our customers' artwork and the styles that are chosen at the meeting or presentation week, preparing the sampling file, demanding fabric and consumption from all qualities and also demanding requested accessories, trimmings and fabric/lining, besides collecting prices and stock/lead time periods for all of them and also for the workmanship.
  • Preparing cost sheets for the each style.
  • Collaborating with the p&d department and having their assists for the denim, and garment dye washes according to the new trends when necessary.
  • After the meetings, banding together with the technical team regarding the styles and their workmanship; and pre-evaluating all the styles with all details before the production phase.Then informing the customer if there is a point that needs to be changed on the style in a production friendly way and getting approvals.Also mailing washing critics to the washing mill and even taking spadeworks with the leg panels until samples are being sewn, and making the washing receipt ready to earn time and preventing any time waste.

  • Afterwards preparing fit, washing, reference, test samples and getting approval for all details of the style to be able to starting production process.
  • At the same time we pass purchase demand for all the trimmings, fabric and accessories on the our production system
  • Uploading the care label information for the all styles on the Extranet.
