Actively participated in multidisciplinary teamwork across acute and chronic cardiac settings, contributing to care coordination and pateint managment.
Assisted in daily patient care by taking comprehensive histories, performing physical exams, and formulating management plans. Gained proficiency in writing clinical progress notes on EPIC, presenting cases, and accessing clinical data.
