• Lead Kaizen projects from the third-party QA end to deliver cost-saving initiatives across 3P plants.

• Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams for the timely release of incoming FG without disrupting the supply chain.

• Coordinator of the Diaper In-house Project from the QA end, product specification review, lab development for QA/RnD and QC, RM and PM audit planning and execution.

• Drive material release decisions in SAP (on-time release, hold, block) to minimise inventory holding cost on RM and import FG.

• Support cost avoidance through early identification of import product quality issues and NPD risks

•   Evaluate customer complaints related to CD/RP plants and import products (BC Diapers, BC Pull Ups, Fems Ultrathin, BC Cotton Buds, Gold Deo Spray, Goya Deo Spray, Diva Power Pods, Clogard Toothbrush).

•   Conduct NCR / complaint RCA and CAPA investigations for both import and local 3P products.

•   Approve standard samples for import and 3P products to ensure customer-facing quality consistency.

•   Share import product issue reports and NPD QA feedback with relevant stakeholders.

• Conduct random FG and RM sample inspection per consignment for all import products and local traded goods as per FG specifications and R&D test methods.

• Visit 3P plants when directed by management to oversee QA processes and participate in production trials; prepare trial reports and feedback.

• Prepare inspection reports for all import and local 3P products; maintain the 3P NCR tracker.

• Prepare SOPs for 3P plants and import products.

• Monthly stability monitoring of all traded goods products.

•   Ad-hoc reporting and stakeholder communication on import NPDs and product issues.
