  • •Marketplace Launch: Conceptualized the pivot from buy and sell model to a managed marketplace model.
  • •Catalog Management System :Undertook the revamp of the system to improve the process efficiency, data quality and management of 1.5 million SKUs.
  • •Seller Panel : Implemented the seller portal to manage seller on boarding, orders, inventory, prices, catalogs and payments. Led integration of various 3rd party tools for process improvements

  • •Order Management System & SCM : Developed a procurement planning tool to make the procurement process more effective and issue resolution in a real time manner, an order allocation logic to automatically select the vendors for order fulfillment. Introduced a batch management process to optimize the internal warehouse processes.
  • •Courier Engine : Implemented self serve portal for courier partners for managing pickups which led to reduction the shipment TAT by 1 day.  Implemented advanced serviceability check to reduce order cancellations and automatic the LSP selection for order fulfillment. Smart courier selection led to a monthly saving of INR 1.2 million in the courier charges. Courier tracking integrations to improve customer experience and reduce RTOs and RTVs.
  • •Taxation : Project owner for  GST implementation. Carefully planned and successfully executed the transition of all the software products at IB from VAT regime to GST.

    Co-founded an IT service company during college days. Lead end to end development of various web and mobile applications. Responsibilities included defining product pipelines, preparing PRDs, collaborating with various stakeholders, Algorithms design, testing feedback. Hedcet was incubated at StartUp Village, Kochi. It later got acqui-hired by Clairvolex IP Solutions and have since developed many IP products assisting various stages of patent prosecution and litigation.
